Quest staff called a few days ahead of time to confirm the booking and double check arrangements for a cot I had requested, which was very helpful. Staff on the front desk when we arrived were also bright, cheerful and efficient. The room was spacious and well appointed, with plenty of surfaces to unpack bags. Kitchen was well stocked with useful items and the bed was comfortable. Takeaway options were within walking distance, and the free undercover parking was much appreciated. All up, top notch.

When you are looking for an overnight stay on a Melbourne to Sydney trip, you want convenience, comfort and a relaxed time. I’m glad to say that the newly renovated Quest Albury delivered on all these and more! Very conveniently located with a great cafe/restaurant in the building, it made our stay very easy. Quiet, very clean with really good amenities, our room was excellent! You can open windows, use your own balcony and the bed was very comfortable. I really hope Quest can maintain this standard as it’s good value for money with great facilities. Thank you!

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Hotel location ws excellent and we were able to walk to all the facilities that interested us.

We only had one night at the Quest on Kiewa St Albury, but we'll definitely stay the next time we visit. So clean, quiet and modern, and reception staff could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious with a spotless bathroom and kitchenette, which would make for a very comfortable stay for a longer visit. Beds were super comfy with beautiful crisp linen. The hotel is in walking distance to shops and restaurants and plenty of free parking.

My daughter and I stayed in a studio apartment and we found it great for just the two of us. The king bed was wonderful and the kitchenette contained a microwave and 2 hot plates therefore we were able to sort our own breakfast and cooked an easy dinner one night. Location was also great, as it was very close to all the shops, cafe’s and clubs etc.

Awesome spot, great value for money and super clean and well appointed rooms. Worth spending that tiny bit extra compared to other places in town for added ammenities such as a gym, restaurant and nicer rooms and Smart Tv.

Staff friendliness and helpfulness was great, and the setup made one feel very safe. The 2 bed room apartment was spacious, well cared for and beautifully clean. As we travelled by train and had no car the location was perfect for our needs.

The room was comfortable with all the facilities required for a short stay with family. The hotel was centrally located with the town centre in easy walking distance.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Easy walk to Dean St and Westend Shopping Centre. Friendly staff, lots of options to charge back to room from offsite cafes and restaurants.

Location was great. Walking distance to Main Street, shops and restaurants. Beds were soooo comfy and our room was lovely and clean. The staff were all so accommodating and very friendly.
